Where does real value creation actually begin?
Not in theory.
Not in PowerPoint presentations.
But in concrete operational models capable of turning:
electrification, measurable emissions, and carbon visibility into viable economic systems.
What is particularly interesting today is that some of the most innovative approaches are not necessarily coming from large industrial groups.
They are often emerging from younger companies building entirely new layers around industrial transformation:
carbon monetization,
certification,
optimization platforms,
circular resource models,
decentralized energy ecosystems.
Some of these companies will disappear.
But a few may quietly reshape how industries create value over the next decade.
